The complex approach involves not only repair services, but also order and delivery of the required spare parts, warranty for all of the performed works and customer technical support. The repairing is carried out by qualified experts with profound professional experience. We don’t charge for equipment diagnostics in case it takes less than 2 hours from our experts in Moscow or in our regional representative offices to get to the site. We don’t charge for the time it takes to get to the site, no matter how far it is. Having addressed us, you receive high quality servicing at very affordable prices. We provide warranty for all the services we render.
- If your company needs to arrange staff training on maintenance and repair, if your company needs to establish contacts with foreign manufacturers with regards to maintenance, we will be glad to help you with that.
- We offer annual contracts for servicing of equipment and technical support on very favorable terms. The contract cost is discussed individually depending on technical condition of equipment and a range of services the customer requires.
